Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we sincerely apologize if you are not. For any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items you have purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product labels intact.
  • All items must be unworn, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Footwear must not have wear marks on the sole
  • Original receipts should be included
  • All items must be originally purchased in Singapore.

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless of whether the items have been mailed to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.

1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns

All exchanges and returns must be made within 10 days of invoice date orders and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is the option to change at any of our boutiques.

2. Exchanges at Our Boutiques

  • You must bring your original invoice along with the item (s) in their original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.
  • You will be entitled to an exchange of any item in the boutique immediately after our retail associates judge it to be valid.
  • If the value of the trade-in items is greater than the original items, you will be asked to fill in the difference in cash.
  • There will be no refund if the value of the exchange items is less than the original items.
  • No other forms of exchange (such as boutique cash vouchers or online store credit) will be granted in our boutiques.

3. Exchanges & Returns Online

  • You must include your original invoice along with the items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please print and complete the Exchange / Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated on the form for your exchange.
  • Send your package to us via a traceable mode of shipping.
  • Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online store credit coupon is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 business days from receipt of your package.
  • All return requests will be refunded only through online store credit coupons. Your online store credit coupon is valid for 30 days and can be used toward your next online purchase. It is strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online store credit voucher applies online only and cannot be used in our retail boutiques.
  • Online store credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction and any excess amount not used will not be refunded.
  • Online store credit vouchers issued will be at the purchase price of the product as indicated on the original invoice. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges incurred for the original, returned and subsequent shipping charges of the exchanged items.
  • However, if any of the products received are found to be defective or incorrectly shipped, BeetleBug.com will bear the cost of shipping the items to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and while we endeavor to ship you a replacement item, we reserve the right to make an exchange by using an item of similar value or by providing an online store. credits or any other method at the discretion of BeetleBug.com
  • Refunds will not be given for taxes, duties, duties and special taxes charged for overseas orders, whether for refunds or exchanged items.

4. Other Terms & Conditions

  • All items that are returned and exchanged can only be done once.
  • We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if subsequent items for return or exchange are the same item as a previous order.
  • Our return and exchange policy does not cover damages that result from one-time, accidental, or random damages that are the result of use or wear and tear on a product.
  • selection.pk makes no warranty with respect to any product, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, quality, conformance to description, and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Said returns are governed at all times by the provisions of Consumer Protection.
  • All decisions made by selection.pk are final.
